Do our doctors need to memorise a script?

No. We usually work from short bullet points or an interview format, so the doctor speaks naturally in their own words, and we edit for clarity afterwards. A teleprompter script is an option for doctors who prefer one.

Can we use these videos in paid ads?

Yes, for doctor-led explainers and facility videos whose claims have been checked. We do not make patient testimonial or before-and-after videos for promotion, because the NMC's October 2026 advertising guidelines restrict them and say consent alone does not make them acceptable, and ads also face stricter platform health policies than ordinary posts.
