IVF marketing agency for fertility clinics in Kerala and India
Fertility decisions are private, emotional and slow. Marketing has to respect all three, and the law, at every step.

Adserr is an IVF marketing agency in India, based in Kochi, that works only with healthcare providers. Fertility clinic marketing is different from almost any other specialty: couples research quietly for months, often hide the search from family, and are vulnerable to promises. We build discreet, education-led funnels that bring couples to a first consultation, and we check every message against the ART (Regulation) Act, 2021, the PCPNDT Act and general advertising law.
The fertility patient's journey
A couple's path to an IVF clinic is long, and marketing has to meet them at each stage:
- Private worry. After a year or more of trying, one partner starts searching late at night: "not getting pregnant after 1 year", "PCOD and pregnancy", "low sperm count treatment". Many of these searches are in Malayalam.
- Learning. They read about IUI, IVF and ICSI, watch doctor videos and join online groups. They are trying to understand, not yet to choose.
- Shortlisting. They compare clinics on the doctor's experience, how the clinic explains success rates, cost and whether the staff seem kind.
- First consultation. Often a couple visits two or three clinics. Many bring a parent, and many fly in from the Gulf for a short window.
- Treatment and beyond. A cycle may not work the first time. How the clinic supports them then shapes word of mouth for years.
Why IVF marketing is harder than it looks
Privacy comes first. Remarketing ads that follow a woman around social media, or a WhatsApp message seen by a relative, can do real harm. Targeting and follow-up have to be designed for discretion.
Success-rate claims are a trap. The NMC's October 2026 guidelines say doctors shall not advertise success rates, giving "100% success" as an example (clause 8.1(iii)), and headline percentages without age group, cycle type and definition mislead patients and invite complaints. Honest clinics often lose to aggressive ones in the short run, and we help you compete without copying them.
Long consideration, expensive leads. Clicks on fertility terms are costly, and a lead may take months to become a patient. Measuring only cost per lead pushes budgets towards low-quality enquiries.
Stigma, especially for male infertility. Men search, but rarely enquire. Content has to make it easier for them to take the first step.
Regulations IVF clinics must follow
- ART (Regulation) Act, 2021 requires clinics and banks to be registered and sets rules on how assisted reproduction is offered, including a prohibition on offering or advertising sex selection. Marketing should also avoid anything that looks like soliciting gamete donors for payment.
- Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 bans commercial surrogacy, including its promotion.
- PCPNDT Act: no reference, direct or hinted, to choosing or knowing a baby's sex. This includes images (pink and blue cues), wording and keyword targeting.
- NMC Guidelines on Ethical Advertising and Public Communication (6 October 2026) for doctor and clinic communication: no advertising of success rates or patient numbers with claims such as "100% success" (clause 8.1(iii)), no guarantees of treatment outcome (clause 8.3(ii)) and no testimonials; ASCI and the Consumer Protection Act also cover claims such as success rates, "guaranteed pregnancy" or "baby or money back".
- DPDP Act, 2023: fertility information is highly sensitive personal data in practice. Collect only what you need and secure consent for follow-up.

What works for fertility clinic marketing
- Education-first content. Clear pages and videos on causes, tests, IUI vs IVF, what a cycle involves, and what affects cost. This is what couples search before they are ready to talk.
- Doctor-led video. A calm specialist explaining options builds more trust than any banner. Male-infertility content from an andrologist or urologist reaches men who will not call.
- Search ads with careful keywords. Treatment and symptom terms, with sex-selection terms explicitly excluded and sensitive audiences handled carefully.
- Discreet follow-up. A trained counsellor, not a sales script, replies to enquiries. Couples choose whether they want calls, WhatsApp or email.
- Free seminars and online sessions. Q&A sessions where couples can listen anonymously.
- GCC outreach. Malayalam and Arabic content for couples abroad planning treatment around leave, through our medical tourism marketing service.

Frequently asked questions
Can IVF clinics advertise in India?
Yes, registered ART clinics can share factual information about their services. They must not advertise sex selection or commercial surrogacy, and the NMC's October 2026 guidelines say doctors shall not advertise success rates or guarantee outcomes, so keep those out of promotion. Have your campaigns reviewed by a legal adviser if you are unsure.
Should an IVF clinic publish its success rates?
Not in advertising. The NMC's October 2026 guidelines say doctors shall not advertise professional success rates, giving "100% success" as an example (clause 8.1(iii)), hospital communication must not guarantee outcomes or make unverifiable claims (clause 8.3(ii)), and consent does not by itself make an otherwise prohibited success claim acceptable (clause 6.2). If a clinic shares outcome data on an information page at all, it should give the age group, cycle type and definition and be cleared by a legal adviser first. Many clinics explain what affects success instead.
How do you keep fertility marketing private for patients?
We do not use remarketing, avoid sensitive audience targeting where platform rules or good sense say so, and let couples choose how they are contacted. Enquiry data is kept to the minimum and handled with consent, in line with the DPDP Act as its consent duties are phased in.
How long does IVF marketing take to bring patients?
Search ads can bring enquiries quickly, but couples often take weeks or months to start treatment. SEO and video content take a few months to build and keep working. We report on consultations and treatment starts so you can see the real pipeline.
How much does IVF clinic marketing cost?
It depends on how many treatments and centres you promote, which channels you use, how much education content and video you want each month and the languages involved, and fertility campaigns need extra compliance review time. Any ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta. We send a written scope and quote after the free audit; see how our pricing works.
Do you work with IVF clinics outside Kerala?
Yes. We work with fertility clinics anywhere in India, with particular strength in Malayalam content and GCC outreach for Kerala-linked couples.
