    Hospitals by government scheme

    • KASP / PMJAY hospitalsKarunya Arogya Suraksha Padhathi (KASP), Kerala's scheme run with Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY, gives eligible families cashless treatment at empanelled hospitals.
    • ECHS hospitalsThe Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme covers ex-servicemen and their dependants at empanelled hospitals.
    • CGHS hospitalsThe Central Government Health Scheme covers central government employees, pensioners and their dependants at empanelled hospitals.

For MEDISEP and ESI, use the scheme filter on a district page. Those entries come from hospitals' own websites, because the official lists could not be checked, and they are marked with an asterisk.

    How to choose a hospital

Start with the treatment you need. A hospital that lists the right department, and has the consultants you need available, matters more than its size. Then check the practical points:

    • Insurance or scheme. If you plan to use health insurance, KASP / PMJAY, MEDISEP, CGHS, ECHS or ESI, check that the hospital accepts it, and ask its insurance desk whether your particular treatment is covered.
    • Accreditation. NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) accreditation, NABH entry-level certification and JCI (Joint Commission International) accreditation show that a hospital has been assessed against published quality and patient-safety standards.
    • Emergency care. If someone in the family has a long-term condition, it helps to know which nearby hospital runs a 24×7 emergency department.
    • Distance and visits. Families in Kerala usually stay with the patient, so travel time for bystanders matters too.

In an emergency, don't search: go to the nearest hospital with an emergency department, or call 108 for an ambulance or 112.

    How this directory works

Neutral listing. Hospitals cannot pay to be listed or placed higher, and lists are alphabetical unless you sort them. Adserr is a healthcare marketing agency. No hospital in this directory is an Adserr client; if one becomes a client, its page will say so. Being a client never changes a listing. How this directory works.

    Frequently asked questions

Is this a ranking of the best hospitals in Kerala?

No. This directory does not rank or rate hospitals. Lists are alphabetical unless you sort them yourself, for example by number of beds, and every fact links to the official list or hospital page it comes from.

Where does the information come from?

From official lists, such as State Health Agency Kerala's KASP / PMJAY lists, the CGHS Thiruvananthapuram list, the Ministry of Defence's ECHS list, the NABH portal, JCI's directory and the Directorate of Health Services hospital list, and from each hospital's own website. Facts about beds, departments, accreditation, schemes and emergency care link to their sources, and each page shows the date they were checked.

Can a hospital pay to be listed or to appear higher?

No. Hospitals cannot pay to be listed, to be placed higher or to change their information. Adserr is a healthcare marketing agency. No listed hospital is its client today; if one becomes a client, its page will say so, and being a client never changes how a hospital is listed.

Why don't you show Google ratings or reviews?

Ratings and reviews belong to Google and the people who wrote them, so each hospital page links straight to its Google Maps listing, where you can read them in full.

How do I report a mistake?

Email hello@adserr.com with the page address and a link to an official source that shows the correct information. Corrections are checked against that source before the page is updated.
